Returns & Refunds
We hope every Blipoli piece brings softness, comfort, and quiet companionship into your home.
Because our products are made for close everyday contact with pets, we kindly ask customers to read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Due to the hygienic nature of pet products, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This helps us ensure the safety and wellbeing of every pet.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns for:
- Used pet beds or carriers
- Washed items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items with visible pet hair, odor, stains, or signs of use
- Sale or final-sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once reviewed, we'll do our best to make things right as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or full refund.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Blipoli cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.
A Gentle Note
Every pet adjusts in their own time. Some companions may need a little patience before a new bed, toy, or space begins to feel familiar. A beloved blanket or a calm environment nearby can often help ease the way.
